Description

Lustrous, black sphalerite crystals are interspersed with small, spiky quartz points. There are some very small pyrite crystals as well. The overall dimensions are 7.3 cm wide by 6.9 cm tall and 3.6 cm front to back. The locality is the Groundhog Mine, Vanadium, Central District, Grant County, New Mexico, USA. There are a couple bruised crystals, but it does not take away from the overall appearance of the piece.
