This is native copper in calcite specimen from a classic American locality. Even though the calcite surface is not the best, you can still see the copper through the calcite. There is native copper in the matrix as well. The overall dimensions are 7.3 cm wide by 6.2 cm tall and 5 cm front to back. The locality is the Quincy Mine, Hancock, Houghton County, Michigan, USA. There is minor bruising to edges and shallow scratches of the calcite faces.
