Azurite Crystals on Matrix, Milpillas, Sonora, Mexico

This is a flashy, deep blue azurite crystal cluster on contrasting matrix. The overall dimensions are 3.2 cm wide by 3.9 cm tall and 2.2 cm front to back. The locality for this piece is Milpillas Mine, Cuitata, Municipio de Cananea, Sonora, Mexico. Damage appears to be limited to contact with matrix rocks at the edges of the piece except for contact on the front of the central crystal.
